- Competitive salary: $95,000 – $118,000 annually (based on experience)

- Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
- Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation using active and passive treatment techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Identify patients requiring care beyond the scope of physical therapy and facilitate referrals within our multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing AI-assisted technology.
- Serve as a clinical leader within the practice and actively participate in community outreach initiatives.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
