What You'll Do
- Lead civil litigation cases in employment, business, and real estate disputes.
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses with confidence.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
- Provide top-tier client service while strategizing with senior attorneys.
- Stay ahead of legal trends and changes in laws impacting your cases.
- Meet deadlines and manage priorities while producing high-quality work.
Who You Are
Experienced in Litigation: You have law & motion experience and can confidently handle a caseload independently.
Strong Communicator: Your written and oral advocacy skills are exceptional.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Team Player with a Positive Attitude: You collaborate well and bring a solutions-focused mindset.
