Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment effectively.
- Provide friendly customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process.
- Follow safety protocols and proper janitorial procedures to promote a safe working environment.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality services is advantageous.
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation practices is desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with laundry processes and household cleaning supplies.
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles demonstrates reliability and attention to detail.
