Crown Staffing is currently seeking Manufacturing Operators to fill openings with a local Manufacturing company in Clarksville, TN.
Position Summary- Crown Staffing is seeking dependable and safety-focused Manufacturing Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Manufacturing Operators are responsible for operating production equipment, assembling products, inspecting quality, and ensuring production goals are met while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Essential Job Duties:
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to company procedures.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines.
- Monitor machines for proper operation and report any malfunctions or quality concerns.
- Perform basic machine adjustments as instructed.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
- Keep workstations clean and organized following 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Follow all company safety policies, work instructions, and PPE requirements.
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Assist in other production areas as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk for 8–12 hour shifts.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing environments.
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which may include safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe or composite-toe footwear depending on the facility.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing or industrial production facility.
- Exposure to moving machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Overtime, weekends, and shift work may be required based on production demands.
