Well established, locally owned and operated company is looking for plumbers to join our ever-growing team. We have a very loyal residential customer base and are looking for consistent, reliable, knowledgeable plumbers to join us in serving the Chicago community.
Role
Plumbing Service Technicians
Responsibilities:

Diagnose plumbing issues in residential homes and clearly communicate findings and repair options to customers.

Perform service repairs, replacements, and installations in accordance with plumbing codes and company standards.

Troubleshoot and repair pipe, water flow, and drainage systems.

Provide accurate written estimates and explain pricing and scope of work.

Use company iPad software to document notes, create estimates, and process invoices.

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at every job site.

Follow all safety policies and best practices while working in the field.

Sales experience or ability to present solution options is a plus.
Salary:
Hourly or Commission options available. Average $125-150,000 annual plus sales bonus opportunities.

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License

Ability to handle physical workload

3-5 yrs plumbing experience

Construction experience (Preferred)

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High school education or equivalent (Preferred)
