Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Hammer / Excavator Operator to join our construction team! Duties
- Operate excavators, backhoes, dozers, loaders, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, and other heavy equipment with precision and safety awareness
- Assist with site excavation, grading, trenching, material loading/unloading, and earthmoving activities
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Follow project plans and specifications to execute tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance needs, and site activities
Requirements
- Experience operating heavy equipment is helpful
- Strong mechanical knowledge of construction machinery and troubleshooting skills
- Valid Drivers License
- Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety procedures and equipment handling
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude
