We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to oversee the digital marketing efforts for three affiliated healthcare companies. Position Summary
The Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator will be responsible for managing social media platforms, maintaining company websites, creating marketing materials, and ensuring consistent branding across three companies. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong creative, communication, and design skills.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage all social media platforms for three companies, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, and others.
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Create graphics, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Respond to comments and messages as appropriate.
Website Management
- Maintain and update websites for all three companies.
- Add and update products, services, promotions, blogs, and other website content.
- Ensure websites remain current, accurate, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
- Assist with basic SEO and website optimization.
Marketing & Graphic Design
- Design brochures, flyers, postcards, banners, signage, presentations, business cards, and other marketing materials.
- Create digital advertisements, email marketing graphics, and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and companies.
Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Research industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop creative marketing strategies.
- Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Required: Experience working in a healthcare or medical environment.
- Radiology experience is highly preferred.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience maintaining websites using WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics is a plus.
- Photography and video editing experience is a plus.
