Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' physical and self care abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to achieve patients' goals and improve their overall well-being
Conduct treatments in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient settings, to promote patient independence and mobility
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
Stay current with industry developments and best practices to enhance patient outcomes and services
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Current Oklahoma occupational therapy license or eligible for licensure
Ability to work as a PRN Occupational Therapist, with flexible scheduling available, weekend availability is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
