What You’ll Do:
- Build, implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for delivering exceptional internal and external customer service—spanning internal communications, team calendar management, company social media presence, office management, client care systems, team retention and recognition including events, and referrals.
- Hire and lead virtual support staff, and in-house staff where applicable.
- Own the agent onboarding process end-to-end, including facilitating trainings both in person and virtually.
- Create and own systems for maintaining database integrity, and hold agents accountable to their activities.
- Execute our productivity rhythm systems to keep agent performance consistently high.
- Manage the quality of all listing launches and contract-to-close processes—including overseeing a virtual professional who handles many of the tasks, and building systems for greater efficiency and client experience.
- Deliver a world-class client experience via phone and email on behalf of the team, from contract through post-close.
- Serve as the key liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers.
- Proactively generate five-star reviews and referrals from clients during and after every transaction.
- Support team growth by posting recruiting ads, reaching out to agent prospects, and scheduling appointments for the Team Operator.
- Plan and execute high-quality client events that generate business referrals and deepen relationships.
- Ensure all team receipts are captured and submitted to the finance team; take ownership of identifying expense-reduction opportunities when reports are generated.
- Create and maintain the team’s operations manual, documenting all systems and standards that live outside our technology platform, Brivity.
- Keep the team leader proactively informed of challenges and always come with potential solutions in hand.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings.

Required Background:
- Prior work history that demonstrates the ability to plug into and improve existing systems, understand process flow complexity and lean processes, and deliver enthusiastic support to a team
- Ability to write clear reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- 2+ years of experience in an operations role
Other Details:
- Compensation commensurate with experience: $55,000–$65,000/yr.
- Full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday
