We are looking for 3 All-Star, high quality skilled Landscapers to manage and maintain our clients beautiful sites in Weston, FL with potential for promotion to Landscape Site Supervisors.
**Must be able to report to site 6:30-4:30 Monday through Friday and some weekends as needed.
This is for high end, quality property clients. Where we need reliable, responsible Supervisors that can work with management and the public. This is an important position within and company and needs to be comfortable working along side management and learning management protocol.
Must:
- Have at least 3 years of landscape experience or groundskeeping
- Be able to work independently
- Have experience leading team of employees and giving direction
- Be very skilled in trimming practices
- Be able to work professionally with property management, club and members
- motivated, positive and energy
- Have attention to detail and looking at all the surroundings, large needs and the small to make site look picture perfect.
- Good communication skills both spoken, written, and through technolgy.
- Have solid understanding of gardening practices
- Have a driver's license
- Have experience driving a Kabota or golf cart

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of landscapers on various construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance.
Coordinate daily tasks including lawn care, landscape maintenance, planting, hardscape installation, and irrigation setup to meet project timelines.
Manage crew schedules, assign responsibilities, and provide hands-on guidance to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Oversee the operation of grounds maintenance equipment, landscaping tools, and company vehicles to ensure efficiency and safety standards are met.
Identify plants accurately, troubleshoot irrigation issues, and implement effective irrigation management strategies for healthy landscapes.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to project specifications; adjust plans as needed for optimal results.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, safety protocols followed, and project milestones achieved.Requirements
Proven supervising experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance with strong team management skills.
Extensive outdoor work experience with knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and plant identification.
Familiarity with construction projects and groundworks; ability to oversee complex outdoor environments.
Proficiency in operating grounds maintenance equipment, irrigation systems, gardening tools, and groundskeeping machinery safely.
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate with clients or project managers.
Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care techniques, gardening practices, and grounds maintenance best practices.
Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles; ability to manage logistics on-site effectively.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
