- Ensure all rooms and public spaces are cared for and clean according to hotel standards.
- Ensure guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately and efficiently.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Protect and responsibly handle guest and company property and equipment.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Operations Manager.
