POSITION: CUSTODIAN SUPERVISOR / CUSTODIAN - COUNTYWIDE - (26-27)
DUTIES
- Provide janitorial services and minor maintenance repairs to the center. Ensure that heat, lights, air conditioning, and ventilation are regulated consistently with the needs of the children. Remove debris and hazardous items from the children's environment. Clean and sanitize janitorial equipment. Empty and clean trash cans and dispose of refuge.
EDUCATION/DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma (Preferred) or GED and the ability to read, write and follow instructions.
- Two (2) years of experience performing janitorial and minor maintenance work.
- The ability to do minor carpentry, electrical and concrete work.
- Must be able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check, physical, and drug screen.
