Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Tech. to join our team. As a RBT, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in reaching their full potential through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Collaborate with the treatment team to implement individualized programs
- Educate and support families on behavior strategies and techniques
- Assist in the development of care plans
Requirements
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Familiarity with medical documentation, special education, and medical terminology
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
- Ability to follow and implement behavior plans effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals with autism and their families
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
