We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at one of our premier apartment communities in Laurel, Maryland. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, marketing, customer service, and helping people find a place they are proud to call home.

What You'll Do
- Achieve or exceed leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals.
- Respond promptly to phone, email, internet, and walk-in inquiries.
- Conduct professional apartment tours and effectively present community features and benefits.
- Follow up with prospects and confidently close leases.
- Make outbound calls to prospective residents, referral sources, and local businesses.
- Utilize RealPage or similar property management software to manage leads, applications, and resident information.
- Create engaging social media content that showcases the community, amenities, resident events, and lifestyle.
- Assist with resident events, outreach marketing, and local partnerships.
- Maintain knowledge of market conditions, competitor pricing, and community availability.
- Provide outstanding customer service to prospects and residents.
Who You Are
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
- Strong sales and closing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in multifamily housing, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Marketing, communications, or business experience is a plus.

Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Some evenings and weekends required to accommodate prospect tours and community events
