About the Role
The Showroom Coordinator will directly support the Director of Brand Experience in maintaining showroom standards and seasonal market sets, support showroom market appointments, execution of in -store POS and 3rd party merchandising in national retail accounts, planning and execution of brand setups for off-site sales meetings. This role is responsible for both coordinating complex, multi-workstream projects and independently owning select initiatives from concept through completion.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of balancing executional support with project ownership in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
How You’ll Contribute
Project Management & Execution
- Manage projects from initial concept through final installation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and brand standards
- Independently own assigned projects, including full lifecycle management and delivery
- Track project milestones, identify risks and proactively drive solutions to maintain progress
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules and trackers
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams, external vendors and retail partners
- Coordinate deliverables across design, production, contractors and sales teams
- Facilitate clear and timely communication to ensure alignment across all stakeholders
Vendor & Production Management
- Partner with external vendors and internal teams on fixtures, signage and showroom environments
- Review and validate project files, plans and specifications for accuracy and completeness
- Support procurement and production timelines to ensure on-time delivery
What you Bring to the team
- 4-7 years of experience in retail development, visual merchandising, store planning, construction management or related field
- Proven ability to manage projects independently while also supporting senior leadership
- Strong project management, organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with both internal and external teams
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through and accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel, project management tools, photoshop
