Responsibilities
- Inspect properties for signs of pests such as termites, rodents, ants, cockroaches, and mosquitoes.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on infestation severity.
- Apply pesticides, traps, and other pest-control solutions according to regulations and company procedures.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers.
- Maintain detailed service reports and treatment records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and follow-up recommendations to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot pest issues and recommend sustainable solutions that minimize environmental impact.
Skills
- Previous pest control, landscaping, maintenance, or field service experience.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Sales or upselling experience is a plus.
- Proven experience or familiarity with pest control methods and techniques.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely.
- Strong driving skills with a valid license; comfortable navigating different terrains and locations.
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to clients.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and in confined spaces, including attics and crawl spaces, while maintaining safety standards
