What you'll do

Own borrower communication from application through closing

Collect, review, and organize loan documentation

Monitor milestones and push files forward proactively

Coordinate with Realtors, title companies, and underwriting

Maintain CRM and loan management records

Spot and resolve issues before they delay closing
What you bring

3+ years of continuous, recent LO or LOA experience (required)

Loan origination software experience (Arive a plus)

Sharp communication, organization, and follow-through

Lives within driving distance of Baltimore City
