Litigation Attorney (Hybrid)
A growing legal organization is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney to join its team. Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and related filings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies for hearings, negotiations, and trial proceedings.
- Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, participate in mediations, and represent clients throughout litigation.
- Analyze legal issues, provide strategic recommendations, and support clients through various stages of dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to manage cases efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation to ensure seamless case management.
- Handle additional responsibilities as needed to support the legal team and client matters.
Qualifications
- Active admission to the Florida Bar required.
- At least 3 years of litigation experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage deadlines and meet performance expectations.
