Job Summary:
- Posts incoming cash to client accounts and invoices.
- Verifies invoices have appropriate backup documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve missing or incorrect information.
- Researches, reconciles, and analyzes data to ensure financial accuracy.
- Verifies the consistency of accounting or financial transactions.
- Monitor for and indentify potential cases of fraud.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience (high-volume cash application experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle a high volume of payments.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- US citizen or permanent resident status.
- Completion of a background check.
