This position will be for leading a small crew of 2 to 3 for landscaping and lawn mowing projects. Team lead will ensure completion of all jobs assigned while evenly distributing work between yourself and crew members. Jobs are expected to be finished with highest quality in a timely manner. Team leader needs to ensure crew members are all following safety measures when working with/around equipment and train and mentor team members on how to best execute jobs as needed. Team leader must have experience in lawn mowing and landscaping and with driving a truck with trailer. Team leader should feel comfortable working outside in all weather conditions and be able to lift up to 70lbs. Team leader must always maintain clear and constant communication with management over completion of jobs, equipment needs, and maintenance. Pay starts at $22 per hour depending on experience.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
