Job Summary
As a General Store Counter Attendant, you help to set the tone for our guests' stay, by providing a welcoming experience and knowledge of menu and gift shop items. Counter Attendants, work in a fun fast paced environment, provide customers with exceptional service, take orders and recommend products.
Some Areas of Responsibility

Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions.

Stay up to date on menu offerings and specials.

Complete counter orders including specialty coffee, desserts and ice cream.

Enter orders, deliver food and beverages.

Process payments and make change.
-
Balance cash drawer and run daily reports.

Create and nurture a fun, family-style work environment.

Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.

Complete pre and post shift checklists.

Follow scheduled shifts, break and lunch requirements.

Effectively communicate with all departments.

Other duties as assigned by leadership.
