Responsibilities
- Serve as the “face” of Ally Home Care while on-boarding Clients (via assessments and care planning) and performing nurse supervisory visits, including bedside charting, to be scheduled as needed
- Perform clinical documentation accurately, timely, and compliantly
- Use appropriate platforms to communicate effectively across the care continuum, within and outside of the agency; respecting privacy and confidentiality
- Elevate and advocate for Client and caregiver needs as appropriate
- Develop and implement myriad Client wellness and wellbeing programs
- Support, coach, and train caregivers through onboarding, “in-services”, and periodic reviews
- Additional tasks as needed to optimize agency operations
Qualifications
Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Work History / Experience
- 1 Year of Nursing experience - Home Health or Healthcare preferred
- 1 Year Management experience - Home Health or Healthcare preferred
Licensing:
- Active Registered Nurse License in state of North Carolina
Work Location
- Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas - Must have reliable transportation
Work Remotely

Compensation:
Part-time Community Nurses at the company are compensated on a per-visit basis:
- $25 per Supervisory visit
- $50 per Assessment (i.e., initial assessment, annual assessments, re-assessments)
- $25/hour for administrative work
- Mileage reimbursement of $0.70/mile

- Timely Visits
- Timely, Accurate Documentation of Visits including Clinical Documentation
- Customer Service
- Client Referrals and Retention
- Compliance Error Rate Rate below 3%
Reporting Structure:
- Director of Nursing / Agency Director
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
