Maintenance Technician
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills:
- Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of CMMS software for work order management and tracking.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in repairs and documentation.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members, contractors, and customers.
