Restaurant Manager - Front of House
KELP Sushi Joint is hiring an experienced Front of House Manager for a temporary assignment of 3 to 6 months as we navigate a transition period. This is a service-focused leadership role — you'll be on the floor keeping the dining room running smoothly, not behind a desk.

What you'll do:
You'll supervise the floor during service, lead our server and host teams, own the guest experience — including resolving complaints on the spot — and handle opening and closing duties. Your job is to make sure every shift runs clean and every guest leaves happy.
What we're looking for:
At least 2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, a strong floor presence, and the ability to lead a team calmly during a busy service. Full-service or sushi restaurant experience is a plus. Willingness to work at both of our Tampa locations is not required, but is a strong plus.
Schedule:
Full-time, around 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
