This role is for someone who can take ownership of a maintenance route and deliver consistent, professional results without needing constant supervision.
You will typically work as a one-person maintenance route. This is not a traditional crew-management position. You will be responsible for completing your route, protecting company equipment and client property, and communicating clearly when something needs attention.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Run an assigned maintenance route independently
- Complete mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and related landscape-maintenance work
- Meet our quality standards at every property
- Complete routes efficiently while protecting quality
- Keep the truck, trailer, tools, and equipment clean and cared for
- Follow our fuel, equipment, safety, and company-property procedures
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed
- Report property issues, equipment problems, route concerns, and enhancement opportunities to leadership
- Take ownership of the route from start to finish

Minimum Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a consistent, on-time track record
- Physically able to perform hands-on outdoor work in heat, humidity, and changing weather
- Ability to safely operate common lawn-maintenance equipment or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently for a full day
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Strong personal accountability and willingness to follow company procedures

Pay and Performance
- $20-$22 per hour starting base pay, based on proven experience, reliability, equipment skills, and working-interview performance
- Candidates with strong, verified maintenance experience may start at $21-$22 per hour
- Candidates developing into the role will typically start at $20 per hour
- Eligible for a monthly performance bonus of up to $150 after the first complete 30-day ramp period
- Bonus performance is based on route efficiency, quality, customer service, safety, equipment and fuel accountability, and reliability
- Base pay will be reviewed at 30, 60, and 90 days, but increases are based on demonstrated performance and company capacity—not simply time served
- For this season, the base-pay range for this position is $20-$22 per hour; compensation will be reviewed before next season
