This is a hands-on restaurant job where you work alongside the crew to keep the shift running. You will cross-train on everything from the grill to the register. It fits an experienced food service worker ready to communicate loudly, keep the line moving, and help the team succeed.
What We Need From You
- Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1 to 2 years of job experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Access to reliable transportation to arrive 15 minutes before your shift
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Preferred:
- Access to a personal vehicle (Note: Higher pay is available if you can drive to multiple locations)
Your Shift Duties
- Guide the crew through morning prep, active lunch rushes, or evening closing procedures.
- Cook burgers and fries on the grill and fry stations.
- Take orders at the register and handle customer needs at the counter.
- Communicate loudly and clearly with your team to coordinate orders in an open kitchen.
- Maintain company standards for food safety, prep routines, and restaurant cleanliness.
Pay & Benefits
- Up to $16.50 per hour
- Cash bonuses paid twice a week
