Jacob and Hefner Associates, Inc. is seeking a Land Surveyor In Training or a newly Licensed Land Surveyor with experience preparing Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Plats of Subdivision, Plats of Easement, Construction As-builts and Writing Legal Descriptions. The ideal candidate will also be proficient using AutoCAD Civil 3d software. Having experience preparing IDOT and Illinois State Toll Highway Authority Plat of Highways would be a plus. Knowledge of research and recording procedures at nearby County Recorder Offices would also be a plus. A valid driver’s license is required. Having an active Land Surveyor In Training or an active Land Surveying License is required.
