Tuesday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
$18–$22/hr average (base + tips)
Ritual Restaurant is looking for a Head Waiter / Bartender to help lead our daytime service experience. This is a front-of-house leadership role for someone who knows hospitality, understands flow, and takes pride in creating a calm, elevated guest experience.

What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary daytime front-of-house lead
Deliver warm, attentive table service with confidence and professionalism
Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
Manage the pace of service during brunch/lunch hours
Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences
Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area
Assist with opening duties and smooth daily transitions
Communicate clearly with kitchen and management to keep service seamless
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a server, bartender, or lead waiter
Strong people skills — you enjoy connecting with guests
Comfortable working independently and setting the tone for service
Calm under pressure, organized, and detail-oriented
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance
TABC certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
Open to offsite catering for extra hours or income opportunities
