Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (24 hours/week)
Job Description
EverBloom Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver/Home Health Aide to provide in-home care for an adult client with a spinal cord injury in Chandler, Arizona. We are looking for someone who is patient, professional, and committed to helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
Support safe transfers and mobility assistance
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping related to client care
Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols
Qualifications
Previous caregiving experience required; experience with spinal cord injury clients preferred
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Ability to safely assist with mobility and transfers
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to pass a background check
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
Schedule
Monday through Saturday
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
24 hours per week
