PROCESS OPERATING TRAINEE – Austin Industrial
Job Duties
- Maintain the necessary skills to operate all equipment per operating and safety
- Maintain accurate records and logs as required in the process
- Manually operate valves to support safe and efficient plant
- Perform safe-out of equipment when
- Initiate and enter maintenance notifications into SAP as
- Utilize process area equipment to ensure safe and efficient
- Communicate with supervision and complete tasks as
- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform all necessary make-ups for process
- Maintain accurate records for all make-
- Perform all required safety equipment
- Conduct routine visual checks on all equipment, monitoring operations and
- Execute proper lock-ins and
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as:
- Breaking flanges for safe-out
- Connecting hoses
- Changing small valves, filters, and cleaning equipment
- Assisting maintenance
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping to ensure a safe working
- Perform additional duties as required, including those covered by other BR production
