At We Buy SF Bay, you'll negotiate directly with homeowners, put properties under contract, and earn a percentage of every deal you close.
Top performers can earn five figures from a single transaction.
What You'll Do
- Talk with homeowners looking to sell
- Build rapport and negotiate win-win solutions
- Analyze opportunities and make offers
- Get purchase agreements signed
- Follow up with leads and keep your pipeline moving
- Work closely with our acquisitions and dispositions team to close deals

Compensation
100% Commission Only
Wholesale Deals
- 45% commission on outbound deals you generate
- 20% commission on inbound company-generated leads
If we decide to keep a property as a flip or rental instead of wholesaling it, you still get paid based on the wholesale profit you would have earned.
There is no income ceiling.

Who We're Looking For
You'd be a great fit if you are:

Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Performance Expectations
After training, our targets are:
- 10 hours of seller conversations each week
- 10 warm leads generated
- 3 seller appointments booked
- 1 signed contract per week
We'll teach you exactly how to get there.
Location: Millbrae, CA
This is an in-office role where you'll receive hands-on coaching and work alongside experienced investors every day.
