KC Marketing, Inc. is expanding our AT&T team in Knoxville, TN and hiring individuals with strong people skills, positive energy, and a customer-first mindset.

No previous experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship from day one.
Position Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers face-to-face
- Represent AT&T products and services professionally
- Help customers understand service options and promotions
- Deliver strong customer experiences and build relationships
- Collaborate with team members and leadership daily
- Learn sales, communication, and business development skills
