Door-to-Door Sales Representative
Location: San Diego, CA

Job Type: In-person | 1099 Independent Contractor
Pay: Hourly + commission on every sale (uncapped earning potential)
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented sales professional who can build trust quickly, generate new business, and confidently close deals on the spot. This is a sales-first role focused on door-to-door outreach and relationship building.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (minimum 4 hours per day)
- Shift options:
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM+
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM+
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through door knocking, referrals, and inbound leads
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Conduct site visits and provide accurate estimates
- Close deals and earn commission on every job
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to build rapport quickly and hit sales goals
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and closing deals
- High energy, professional attitude, and strong work ethic
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (not required)
