- $43 to $48 per Hour

Available Openings
Middle School Resource ELAR Teacher
- Resource classroom setting
- Focus on English Language Arts and Reading instruction
- Texas certification in Reading (Grades 4–8) preferred
High School Resource English Teacher
- Resource classroom setting
- Focus on English coursework and literacy development
- Texas certification in English/Reading (Grades 6–12 or 8–12) preferred
Alternative Certification Consideration
Candidates with applicable Core/General Education certifications may be considered in place of Reading or English certifications when accompanied by relevant college transcripts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals and state standards
- Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Maintain compliance with special education requirements and documentation
- Monitor student progress and communicate outcomes with families and school staff
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Foster a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
- Active Texas Special Education certification required
- Reading (4–8) certification preferred for middle school openings
- English/Reading (6–12 or 8–12) certification preferred for high school openings
- Candidates with Core/General Education certifications and qualifying transcripts may be considered
- Previous school-based or special education experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
