Masis Staffing is hiring experienced Line Leaders for 1st shift at a leading manufacturing facility in New Albany, OH!
Are you a motivated leader with manufacturing experience? We're looking for Team Leads who can keep production running smoothly while leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead and support production team members to meet daily production goals.
- Monitor safety, quality, and productivity throughout the shift.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
- Coordinate workflow and assist with line setup and changeovers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and work with maintenance when needed.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Ensure company safety, GMP, and quality standards are followed.
- Jump in and assist on the production line as needed.
- Previous experience as a Line Lead, Team Lead, Shift Lead, or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic computer skills for production reporting.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are a plus.
1st Shift
- Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:00 PM – $21.50/hour
- Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-2:30 PM – $21.50/hour
