Assist the Team Leader with administrative tasks and prepping property listings.

Staging and Inventory Support for Team Leader including helping move furniture for staging and de-staging listings and ensuring all staging inventory is properly logged.

Runner Duties to ensure property marketing including signs, lock boxes and promotional materials are promptly maintained at all listings.

Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of each property to potential clients.

Gather client feedback after showings and communicate insights to the lead agent to help tailor future property searches.

Coordinate and schedule property showings as needed for prospective buyers and renters, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any client concerns or questions.

Valid real estate license in the state of New Jersey.

Proven experience in real estate, preferably in a luxury market.

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Proficient in technology and real estate software, including MLS systems.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Summit area.

Flexible schedule to accommodate showings and client meetings, including evenings and weekends.
