What You Will Do:
- Be the first point of contact, warmly greeting patients and making them feel welcome.
- Manage patient scheduling, answer phones, and handle patient communications.
- Assist patients with preliminary testing using our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records and verify insurance information.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Support the optometrist and other team members with various office tasks.
