Northern Light Mercy Hospital is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its new primary care practice in Westbrook, Maine . This is an excellent opportunity to live and work in one of Southern Maine’s fastest-growing and most desirable communities while helping to grow a brand-new primary care practice from the ground up. In this role you will provide meaningful care to patients with behavioral health needs, substance use disorders, and a wide range of mental health conditions in an integrated primary care setting.
Candidates must have successfully completed a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program (required) and have prior experience practicing independently in this role (preferred).

- Practice in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility located in central Westbrook, scheduled to open in Spring 2027. Clinic will include a free on-site parking garage, a lobby café, and an outdoor walking loop.
- Collaborate closely with primary care providers, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals located on a shared campus.
- Practice in a community-based, clinician-led setting with full access to the resources and protections of an integrated system.
