We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support construction projects across Maui. This role works closely with Project Managers and field teams to help deliver high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and documentation
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
- Support cost tracking, pay applications, and closeout
- Conduct site walks and assist with field coordination
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years construction experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; construction software a plus
- Must be Maui-based or willing to relocate
