Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, highly organized General Office Assistant to join our team in the Scottsdale Airpark. This role requires the handling of everything from high-level financial data entry to day-to-day administrative tasks, with a heavy emphasis on accounts payable/receivable. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a friendly, professional environment and can pivot seamlessly between managing commercial rent accounts, real estate transactions and general office duties. Recent office experience is a must for this position, including highly proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications. Advanced knowledge of Excel a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Process and pay vendor invoices accurately and on time.
- Accounts Receivable: Post incoming payments and manage deposits.
- Invoicing: Generate and distribute monthly commercial rent invoices; track lease payments in RentRedi program and follow up on delinquencies.
- Clerical Support: Manage physical and digital filing system, general office duties.
- Correspondence: Draft professional emails and memos using Microsoft Word.
- Reporting: Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel.
- Multitasking: Serve as the primary point of contact for the office, handling phone inquiries while managing ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel (ability to use formulas, formatting, and templates is essential).
- Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles (credits, debits, and reconciliation).
- Organization: Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
- Professionalism: Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for a commercial real estate environment.
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
