Pacific Crest Consulting is a growing sales and marketing firm representing leading telecommunications brands, including AT&T. We are focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping customers choose the right AT&T wireless, internet, and service solutions. We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Associate supporting AT&T customers in a face-to-face environment.
As a Sales and Customer Service Associate, you will work directly with customers to assist with AT&T accounts, answer questions, and help customers select the best AT&T products and services for their needs. You’ll play a key role in creating a smooth and positive experience for every AT&T customer interaction.
What You’ll Do as a Sales and Customer Service Associate:
- Provide in-person support for AT&T customers regarding services, billing, and account options
- Sales and Customer Service Associates engage in sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate AT&T products and services
- Educate customers on AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions
- Sales and Customer Service Associates assist with AT&T account activations, upgrades, and service changes
- Build strong relationships with new and existing AT&T customers
- Process enrollments and account updates accurately and efficiently
- Sales and Customer Service Associates stay up to date on AT&T promotions, products, and service offerings
- Deliver excellent customer service in every AT&T interaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or client-facing roles preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism when working with AT&T customers
- Ability to learn quickly and participate in ongoing AT&T training
- Local and available to start immediately
