Responsibilities:
Manage individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health
Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families
Take vital signs, perform assessments, administer medications, care for wounds, and oversee patient treatment plans
Ensure the safety and physical comfort of residents, as well as meet their emotional needs
