Our leadership team is made up of Physical and Occupational Therapists who know what it takes to provide exceptional patient care in the home setting. As a therapist-owned and therapist-run organization we understand the joys and challenges of your profession. We are currently seeking a Full Time Licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
- Prior home health experience preferred but not required
- Will train recent graduates
- Strong communication, time management, and clinical reasoning skills.
- Compassionate approach to patient care and teamwork.
- Ability to lift, support, or move patients (generally up to approximately 50 pounds) with or without reasonable accommodation
