Preferred Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency serving clients in Northern Colorado for over 35 years. We have an opening for a Per Diem home health PT for client visits in the Loveland-Fort Collins area.
Job description
- Pay is Per Visit- $70.00 per regular visit,$75.00 for evaluation, plus mileage reimbursement of 60 cents per mile.
- Client visits are in Loveland and Fort Collins.
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Flexible schedule- Weekends are not required.
- Opportunity to increase client case load as agency needs change or your schedule permits.
- Benefits available after working a minimum 25 visits per week.
