Overview
Premier Cleaning Services, a trusted company with over 25 years of experience, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented manager to oversee the cleaning in the residential halls at USU Eastern. This is a dynamic, hands-on management role ideal for someone who is organized, flexible, and committed to maintaining high cleaning standards throughout the year. We expect this position to take about 20 hours per week and work Monday through Friday. There is some flexibility in the hours you are scheduled to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily cleaning operations for residential halls and common areas at USU Eastern.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting completed work and holding team members accountable.
- Manage a small team of cleaners, including training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
- Coordinate with the owner to meet university expectations and maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior janitorial or cleaning management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and safety procedures preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and ensure high-quality standards.
- Flexible availability, especially during summer months; weekend work may be required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Physically capable of completing all cleaning tasks.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
