Duties & responsibilities:
·Post-Sales (40%)
- Create and revise Order Confirmations (OCs) in conjunction with the Sales and Buying teams
- Create Packaging Sheets in conjunction with the factory team
- Create and edit multiple customer specific spreadsheets outlining production commitments
- Arrange customer updates on product assortment, samples, images, etc.
- Create buy offers for customers based on their requests, incoming stock, and warehouse stock
Reporting (35%)
- Run, manage, communicate, and analyze reports for major accounts
- Run daily sales reports and provide customer and salesperson specific reports to team members
- Update and help manage shipping schedule reports to ensure orders run on schedule
Office Management (10%)
- Ensure showroom and office spaces are clean and prepared for customer meetings
- Manage the back-office supply and storage room
- Create monthly expense reports in conjunction with the accounting department
·Sales Team Support (10%)
- Prepare luggage presentation sheets for customers
- Create documents/price lists based on customer direction and selling season
- Manage and execute timelines for customer meeting preparation
- Assist in setting up luggage collections online (via build sheets) on occasion
General (5%)
- Interface with internal departments on all projects
- Communicate with customers and all team members in real time
- Help manage the travel schedule for US Sales Vice President as well as other salespeople on occasion
- All other reasonable requests from Management.
Skills and Attributes:
