Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable. This role is essential in providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and visitors.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Ensure that restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company policies.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of common areas, offices, meeting rooms and cleanrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used properly and stored safely.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to meet health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to follow directions
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Great Communication skills
