Job Title: AI Compliance Risk Analyst
Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (Hybrid) 01752
Job Summary: We are recruiting for an AI Compliance Risk Analyst opportunity with a company that is focused on building trustworthy, responsibly governed AI. This position supports AI intake, risk assessment, monitoring, and compliance activities across cross-functional stakeholders to help ensure AI and analytics solutions align with organizational, legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assess AI use cases through the intake, review, assessment, socialization, and closure lifecycle while maintaining accurate inventories of systems, models, datasets, and third-party AI tools.
- Lead AI risk assessments and highlight issues related to purpose, model risk, bias, transparency, accuracy, and human oversight for business owners and stakeholders.
- Run the AI intake process in collaboration with Legal, Privacy, Cybersecurity, IT, and business teams, and develop governance templates, decision logs, RACI materials, playbooks, and assessment checklists.
- Produce dashboards, executive reports, periodic review materials, and post-deployment monitoring documentation to support leadership, audit, and regulatory inquiries.
Required:
- 5 to 8 years of governance or risk management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk/Compliance, or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including data pipelines, model lifecycle, performance monitoring, bias, and explainability.
- Experience operationalizing governance processes such as intake, control testing, evidence collection, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work hybrid on-site in Marlborough, Massachusetts and to work EST hours.
- Open to contract and contract-to-perm opportunities; no work sponsorship required.
