Must have 1 year experience minimum:
Positive attitude
Eager to learn
Empathetic
- Provides client with status updates
- Requests medical records and medical ledger
- Request PIP LOGs
- Coordinates EUOS, IMEs, recorded statements
- Inputs calendar entries pertaining to the above
- Follows up on medical treatment
- Sends out reductions and waivers
- Creates medical summaries and bill summaries
