Warehouse Order Processing Associate – Temp‑to‑Hire
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Warehouse Order Processing Associate for an immediate start in Lockbourne, OH.
Fast‑paced warehouse environment, steady hours, and strong long‑term growth potential with a busy operation ramping up!
PAY: $17.00-$18.50/hour
HOURS: Expected shifts will be 8‑hour days starting at 7:00 AM
SCHEDULE: Expected work will be Monday–Friday; approximately 40 hours/week
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: This is anticipated to be a temp‑to‑hire position Warehouse Order Processing
Associate Job Description:
The Warehouse Order Processing Associate will support outbound warehouse operations including automated picking, order processing, and shipping execution. The role involves working with a Transportation Management System (TMS) and robotic picking technology to ensure accurate, timely shipment of orders in a busy warehouse environment.
Qualifications for Warehouse Order Processing Associate:
· Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or order processing experience preferred
· Comfortable working with scanning technology and automated systems
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
· Reliable attendance and consistency required
· Must be able to safely use standard warehouse processes and follow procedures
· Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling, climbing ladders, and reaching as needed
Additional Requirements for Warehouse Order Processing Associate:
· Must be eligible to work in the United States
· Must have reliable transportation to the job site
